Mighty / Mighty+
The sturdy workhorse. Two lithium-ion cells and a clear display for setting the temperature with the + and - buttons, no phone needed. The Mighty+ (2021) added USB-C with Supercharge, a faster heat-up (about 60 seconds, versus roughly 90 on the original Mighty), and a ceramic-coated chamber. It has no Bluetooth or app, so everything happens on the device.
Crafty+
The pocket pick. The smallest and lightest of these three at about 135 g, with a single button and three preset temperatures (180, 195 and 210°C). Custom temperatures live in the free S&B Web App. Trade-off: one battery cell instead of two, and it cannot be used while charging.
Venty
The fast one. Launched in 2023, it heats up in about 20 seconds and adds stepless adjustable airflow up to 20 liters per minute, the highest Storz & Bickel has put in a portable. It has Supercharge over USB-C, a display, and Web App control with firmware updates. It is also the heaviest of the three at about 252 g.
👖 Portability: pocket vs powerhouse
This is the clearest split in the lineup. The Crafty+ is the only one of the three that truly vanishes into a jeans pocket. At about 135 g and 11 cm long, it is the obvious travel and stealth pick. (If pocket size is everything, Storz & Bickel's newer Veazy, launched in September 2025, is similar in weight at about 134 g.)
The Mighty+ is the widest, at 8 cm across and about 242 g. It fits a jacket pocket, but in your hand it feels like a substantial tool, not a discreet gadget. The Venty is narrower but longer (15.7 cm) and, at about 252 g, the heaviest of the three. You carry it for the airflow control and speed, not for stealth.
💨 Vapor quality & airflow
All three use Storz & Bickel's patented combination of convection and conduction heating, and all three run from 40 to 210°C (104 to 410°F). The heating approach is the same across the board, so the bigger differences are speed and airflow, not the basic way the herb is heated.
The Venty changes one thing that genuinely matters: adjustable airflow. A setting wheel adjusts it steplessly, with notches for low, medium and high (the high setting is 20 liters per minute). Open it up for an easy, low-resistance draw, or close it down for a tighter, more restricted pull. The Mighty+ and Crafty+ have fixed airflow; Storz & Bickel lists the Mighty+ at 10 liters per minute. If tuning draw resistance appeals to you, the Venty is the only one of these three that offers it.
🔋 Battery & charging
Storz & Bickel does not publish runtime or sessions per charge for these devices, and real numbers swing a lot with temperature and how hard you draw. What is official: the Mighty+ and the Venty each run on two lithium-ion cells, and the Crafty+ runs on one. As a rough guide, reviewers usually report about 4 to 6 bowls per charge on the Crafty+.
Charging is where the differences are clearer. The Mighty+ and the Venty both support Supercharge: about 80% in 40 minutes with a Storz & Bickel Supercharger. The Crafty+ charges over USB-C without Supercharge. Only the Mighty+ can run from the wall: with a 15V/3A USB-C PD charger it shows "dct" and works even with an empty battery, though the battery does not charge while you use it that way. The Venty and Crafty+ need to finish charging before you use them. The Venty also has an ECO charging mode in the Web App to go easier on the battery over time.

🛠️ Maintenance & ease of use
Cleaning follows the same idea on all three: take the cooling unit apart, brush the screens after each use, and soak the parts in warm dishwater or isopropyl alcohol (no longer than 30 minutes in alcohol, per Storz & Bickel), then rinse and let them dry. The Venty's cooling unit has a few different parts (a rotary cap and the airflow wheel), so the teardown is not identical, but if you already own one, the others will feel familiar.
Where they differ is controls. The Mighty+ and Venty have displays, so you can set a precise temperature with the buttons and never touch your phone. The Crafty+ keeps it minimal: one button for on, off, and its three presets, with custom temperatures in the free S&B Web App. On iPhone the Web App runs only in the Bluefy or WebBLE browsers. That is simple if you set a temperature and leave it, and slightly more fiddly if you like to nudge degrees mid-session.
